Data We Collect and Purpose

Contact Form

We collect your name and email address. The purpose is to respond to the inquiry or service request we have received.

Legal basis: Art. 6.1.b GDPR — processing necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request.

Application form

We collect the applicant’s name, email address, and any information that the applicant voluntarily includes in their message or attached resume. The purpose is to evaluate the application for a potential employment or collaboration opportunity.

Data retention

Data is retained for the time strictly necessary to process the request and, in any case, for the periods required by law. Applications that are not selected are deleted within a maximum of 6 months, unless the applicant consents to their retention for future recruitment processes.

Data processor

To send and manage emails generated by the forms, we use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., California, USA). Resend acts as a data processor in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, pursuant to a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) entered into with Ulstrom.

International data transfer

Resend processes data in the United States. This transfer is covered by:

• Resend's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), recognized by the European Commission as an appropriate transfer mechanism.
• The Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission via Decision 2021/914, incorporated into Resend’s DPA as a subsidiary safeguard.

Rights of the Data Subject

You may exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability at any time by contacting contacto@ulstrom.com and attaching a copy of your ID.

If you believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
